I eat a lot of Mexican food and this place is one of the best in the Midwest! I know good Mexican food and it's tough to find it around here. Luckily I had received a suggestion to try Xochimilco and I'm glad I did. I recommend the Chile Colorado but the fajitas are great also. The waiters were attentive and very accommodating. I highly recommend you try this restaurant!!!

Great service, amazing food, and delicious, STRONG margaritas!!! You can't ask for anything better! My husband and I recently moved to Springfield and we were worried we wouldn't find a good go-to Mexican restaurant. We found it on our our first try!!! Will be going back regularly.
